Figure Skates
Figure skates are made up of two pieces, the boot and the blade.
You will need a good skating boots if you want to do more advanced moves. A basic skate will cost around $100 and a custom boot will cost up to $1000 without the blade. High level skaters can go through 4 pairs of boots a year!
Blades
Figure skates blades are made for the type of skating you do.
There are blades for Ice Dance, Freestyle, Syncho, etc. A basic blade will cost under $100 and an advanced blade will cost about $700!
